One site for books, authors, contests and advertisers
Caro Zambrano founded Zambrano's Publishing House, a small independent publisher. ZPubHouse lists books, runs author contests, sells through a shop, sends a newsletter and produces video under the name BookStream TV.
She came to AutoRise with an idea for a website that could carry all of it, and that she could run day to day without waiting on a developer.
A custom website with an admin she runs herself
AutoRise built the site and the admin dashboard behind it. From the admin, Caro can manage:
- BooksBook categories, featured stories and book covers.
- AuthorsAuthor profiles, through an approval step.
- Contests1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes on or off, the rules, and every entry and author submission, read inside the admin.
- AdvertisingThree advertising tiers, with a switch to show or hide prices.
- AudienceNewsletter sign-ups and contact-form messages by email.
- Advertiser numbersMonthly views, unique visitors, busiest hours and days, and where traffic comes from, with real people separated from bots. It all exports to Excel.
She runs it herself
Day to day, Caro runs the admin herself: categories, authors, contests, advertising tiers and the numbers she shows advertisers.
The project ended with a handover. The database runs in her own account, and AutoRise set up an AI-assisted editing tool on her own computer with a step-by-step guide, so she can change the site without waiting on a developer.
I came to AutoRise with a dream and, honestly, a crazy website idea for Zambrano's Publishing House. Parth built it piece by piece, and when I saw it coming together I told him: “OMG IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I would not have imagined in a million years that this dream of this crazy website idea could be SO EXACT! I get emotional, Thank you!”
What I value most now is that I run it myself. From my own admin dashboard I can add book categories and featured stories, approve author profiles, switch contest prizes on or off, edit the rules and read every entry and submission. I manage our advertising tiers, and I can export real visitor numbers to Excel to show advertisers.
